The Process

01. Preorders open

The title is on sale and ready for you to purchase!

02. Preorders closed

We close off preorders and cap the quantity that we order.

03. Print file confirmed

We provide the manufacturer the files and they confirm that it suits their requirements.

04. Manufacturing start

Manufacturing of the title and/or products commence.

05. Shipped to Swoon

Once the manufacture finishes, our printers ship from their warehouses to us.

06. Received in Australia

If we are waiting from products from overseas manufacturers, we have to await them to clear through customs.

07. Delivered to Swoon

Once border control and customs clear our products, they are delivered to Swoon HQ.

08. Quality checks

We check every product, one by one, and ensure that they are up to our standard.

09. Shipping start

We have started shipping! We generally work region-by-region for the purposes of our postal collection.

10. Shipping complete

All parcels that were ordered during preorder have been shipped out to their new homes!

11. Social challenges

Once all the orders have been shipped and recieved, we open up our social challenges for a chance to win some cool prizes.

12. Overstock

Once all orders have been fulfilled and there are no pending claims for damage or replacement, we open up a second-chance to purchase the remainders.

That’s okay! You can email us at any time and we can manually update any shipping addresses as needed.

Please note that additional charges may apply if you have made a significant move that impacts previous shipping charges.

Once preorders close, we estimate shipping will commence 16 weeks post. We will always do our best to stay timely with shipping, however all projected shipping schedules are mostly dependent on things that are outside of our control.

We will continue to keep you up to date on the shipping and progress page which will be updated with any notifications that may extend out timeframes.

Your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped to you. You will automatically be emailed this via our system.

If you think your package has been lost you will need to contact the postal carrier and file a claim as all orders will be insured. Once the lost / damaged package claim is approved, you can reach out to us with the confirmation so we can discuss.
